1.1 All donations made to Prahas Nandish Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
1.2 Donations are used directly for our charitable programs, development initiatives, and operational expenses.
1.3 Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2.1 Fees paid for programs, workshops, or events organized by the Trust may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances.
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to prahasnandishcharitabletrust@gmail.com with full details of the payment.
2.3 Refund eligibility:
3.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3.2 Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the donor’s account.
3.3 The Trust reserves the right to adjust refund amounts in case of bank charges or transaction fees.
